Tonal Art Music Center is located at 47B Harrison Street in Hoboken, on the border of Hoboken/Jersey City. Tonal Art Music Center provides private lessons in guitar, (jazz and classical) piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone, violin/viola, ukulele and voice.

Founded on the belief that musical training can have a positive impact on many different areas of life, Tonal Art Music Center is dedicated to providing quality, focused, results-oriented lessons to students of all ages. They believe that one of life’s greatest joys is to communicate with others through music and they strive to provide that experience to their students. The serious student will find the resources and guidance they need to achieve their fullest potential. It is our goal to provide a uniquely high-level of musical training to the local community.

- 30-minute stand-alone (single) lesson $35
- 30-minute monthly pre-paid lesson $32/sibling $30

Payment is due at the first lesson of the month for the month. Students can start at any time during the month, it does not have to be in the beginning of the month. Students can discontinue lessons at anytime by providing one month advance notice. Students are welcome to try one lesson before committing to a month worth of lessons.
Books: In almost every case students will be required to purchase books for use in practicing. Tonal Art Music generally has these on hand, which we sell to our students at cost. If they are not available at the first lesson, they should be available by the next lesson. Books typically range in price from $2-$10 each.
New Student Referral Program: For every new student (different family) you refer that signs up for a month of lessons you will receive one free 30 minute lessons to show our appreciation for helping us to get the word out about our school!

They typically offer a Summer Program from the beginning of July through mid-August. Last Summer they offered two classes; Rock Band twice weekly for 90-minutes for 7 weeks at $35/class with discounts for siblings and multi-week discounts and Ukulele for 60-minutes, offered multiple times each week at $30/class. Private lessons continue through the Summer.
